Recipe

Milk

2 tsp Cocoa Powder

2 tsp Sugar

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

1 oz Creme De Cacao

Graham Cracker Crumbs

Marshmallows

Irish Cream

Preheat your oven for broiling. Fill a mug 3/4 full with milk. Transfer that milk to a small pot and add cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon. Heat on medium low, continuously stirring until everything is heated and small bubbles form around the edge of the pot. Pour this back into your mug (recommend doing this carefully over a sink) and add the creme de cacao. Still well.

Place marshmallows on a pan and broil in the oven until they are lightly brown. This should only take about one minute so watch closely to make sure they don't burn. Remove pan, flip over the marshmallows and repeat on the other side. You can make multiple marshmallows at once, but how many you use will depend on the size of your mug. Susan and I each used three. Pour a little irish cream into a shallow bowl and dip your roasted marshmallow in it, coating all sides. Place dipped marshmallows in your mug and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!
