Welcome the 2022 cocktail recap for Cover to Cocktails! It has been a wonderful year with some great reads and tasty drinks. In this post we will look at both Susan and I's favorites of the year. Starting with Susan she had a top 3 that included: 1. Good Old Girl's Club, 2. The Paloma and 3. The Paralyzer. It was a hard decision between first and second place here for Susan as she had made both of these drinks multiple time over the year and enjoyed them every time! However, her household went through multiple bottles of Kahlua to make the Good Old Girl's Club and that was the winner!

Personally, I enjoyed the fruitier of the cocktails this year with my favorite being the Medieval Mango! Who doesn't love a good daquiri and both my husband and I love mango! While Susan and I were chatting about our year's favorites, I had my husband refill my glass four times. I was delightful! My second place winner was the Bahama Mama. While not a Jen original, it was definitely a fantastic drink that would make you feel like you were sitting on a beach somewhere. Rounding out my top three was the Taste of Kindness. This gem was a wonderful version of a strawberry martini with a strawberry shortcake twist, creamy and flavorful.

There you have it, the best of the best cocktails from 2022! We hope you enjoyed them as much as we did. Until next year, have a drink, read a book and be happy!
